Dear applicants,

please be informed that Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine implemented new procedure of issuance of Ukrainian long-stay study visas.

Since January 2014 Ukrainian long-stay study visas in all cases may be issued only at the invitation of a new standard form that must be registered within Ukrainian State Centre of International Education. The invitation must be provided to the Consulate in original.
