Foreigners and stateless persons who enter the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol of Ukraine must follow the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, provisions of the international treaties of Ukraine and interstate agreements in the field of visa regimes and cross-border procedures, existing between Ukraine and their respective countries.
Citizens of countries who requires visa to enter Ukraine have to obtain Ukrainian visas at Ukrainian Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts abroad.
Foreigners from countries with visa-free regime may enter the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol of Ukraine through Ukrainian State Border at Ukrainian cross - border points only. Their passport documents or immigration cards must be properly stamped by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Foreigners and stateless persons who failed to follow Ukraininian legislation when enter and stay in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol of Ukraine would be liabile for the violation of Ukrainian legislation and could be subjects to imposition of international sanctions as those who support temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine.
